JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description: As the Cleaner for Angel Mist Retreat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience in beautiful Pittsfield, ME. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our rental properties, leaving them in pristine condition for new arrivals.

Responsibilities:

Ability to show up on time and maintain a flexible schedule, allowing for short-notice tasks.

Clean and prepare apartment and home for incoming guests, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Change and make beds with fresh linens and maintain stock of towels and amenities.

Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.

Sanitize high-touch areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Regularly inspect to identify maintenance needs and report them to management.

Provide required cleaning supplies.

Maintain regular communication with the management to notify of low stock house supplies.

Adhere to established cleaning protocols and standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Collaborate with the manager to ensure efficient turnover between guest stays.

Follow any additional instructions provided by the management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar cleaning role is preferred but not required.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently and efficiently while adhering to cleaning schedules.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest schedules.

Physical stamina to handle the demands of cleaning and housekeeping tasks.

Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
